Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra popularly known as the IPOB and founder of Radio Biafra today has been reprimanded back to prison custody this is after the Federal High court sat to review the case brought before it.
It could be recalled that the court case had been adjourned from October 14, 2015 till today due to the absence of the Judge to preside over the case.
Justice James Tosho during the hearing ordered that Nnamdi Kanu be taken to prison instead of been kept in the custody of the DSS overuling the request by
the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mr. Mohammed Diri, for the continued incarceration of Kanu by the DSS.
