GOV. OKOWA DELIEVERS ON PROMISES AS STEP/YAGEP SEASON 2 APPLICATION KICKS OFF

As promised during the electoral campaign help is on the way for youths in the state as The Office of the Chief job creation officer have begun receiving applications for the season 2 of the STEP/YAGEP training. In an interview with the chief job creation officer, Delta State he disclosed that  applications are hereby invited from eligible unemployed youths (aged 18-35 years) of Delta State for enrollment into the Delta State Government 2016 Job Creation Scheme under the Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurs Programme (YAGEP) and Skills Training and Entrepreneurship Programme (STEP).
