The EFCC/Tompolo tussle might assume another dimension in the next few days or weeks as the Ex-Millitant leader has in accordance to his previous statement refused to honor the invitation of the anti corruption agency, when the commission was contacted they declined talks to disclose further moves with the press but close sources revealed that
the commission was not prepared to resind on its decision to declare him wanted.
It could be recalled that history would be repeating itself as a similar event took place in 2009 which saw soldiers been sent to look for Tompolo but in a view to aprehend him ended up bombing the communities of Oporoza and Okerenkoko but the search was vain only for him to surface four months later at Abuja not as a wanted man but as a freeman to accept the presidential amnesty from the former President, the late Alhaji Umaru Yar'Adua
